Whether you're facing anxiety, grief, identity changes, or birth trauma, our sessions provide a safe space to process, heal, and reconnect with your strength.

We understand—some days are more challenging than others, and when depression or stress feels heavy, leaving the house to go to an appointment can seem overwhelming. Our telehealth option allows you to receive counseling services from wherever it's convenient for you. 

We currently provide in-person counseling in Burleson County, Texas. Our office is located in Snook, but we can also arrange to see you in-person in the neighboring cities of Caldwell or Somerville.
